About us
Estudio Vicens was founded in Shanghai in 2013 and it operates in the fields of Art and Architecture. Its founder Elena Vicens studied Architecture in the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and now is based in her home town Alcoy, Spain.
PHILOSOPHY
Nowadays, architectural challenges involve a wide range of parameters. Not only asthetics and functionality but also technology and sustainability. We understand architecture as the art of ideation and construction as a cooperation between different people. Thinking about how we interact with the enviroment is one of the starting point of our practice.
